Men's Soccer: Saint Vincent Downs Westminster in Overtime

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College men's soccer team lost to Saint Vincent, 2-1, in overtime on Monday at Harold Burry Stadium. The Titans are now 6-8 on the season and Saint Vincent is 7-8-1.
Ben Fecik scored the game-winning goal just 2:40 into overtime, beating Westminster junior goalkeeper Lance Leathers (Pleasant Gap, Pa./Bellefonte). Leathers made three saves in the second half after junior Mike Codita (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley) played the first half and made five saves.
Both teams scored their regulation goals in the first half with Luis Rodriguez scoring in the 17th minute for Saint Vincent before sophomore Jake Huey (Butler, Pa./Butler) tied the game in the 32nd minute for Westminster. Huey's fourth goal of the season was assisted by sophomore Coty Hainsey (New Paris, Pa./Chestnut Ridge) off a corner kick.
